About us
Empathy Nebraska is strongly focused on education and outreach. We provide workshops and training sessions for healthcare providers, employers, and educators on how best to serve the transgender community with sensitivity and competence. These initiatives aim at promoting understanding and mitigating instances of prejudice or ill-informed discrimination. We advocate tirelessly at local government levels to implement laws and policies that respect gender identity rights within institutions such as schools, workplaces, hospitals, and law enforcement agencies
